This is an interesting little newsbit about Kosovo, and what they represent. As you may know the US just recognized Kosovo and their declared independence from Serbia. However, it's important to consider the consequences of such an action, considering Russia's stand on this issue. This article points out the implications of such a move, and the relations we've had with Kosovo in the past. Pretty interesting stuff.
